Executive Director:

Beth Israel Center is hiring for an experienced and capable nonprofit leader.

The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership in development and membership relations, manage financial sustainability and board relations, and oversee Beth Israel Center’s $800,000 annual budget and two support staff.

Operations Manager:

Beth Israel Center is hiring for an experienced and capable part-time Operations Manager.

The Operations Manager will be the primary point of contact for building operations including facilities, security, and maintenance. In addition, through reporting to the Executive Director, the Operations Manager will help ensure that the proper systems and processes are implemented to support a variety of programs and events to handle membership data, fiscal reporting, dues collections, publications, High Holy Day arrangements, yahrzeit information, and other materials necessary for the smooth operation of the synagogue.
