Throughout the year, the Nehemiah Center for Urban Leadership Development, our partner in Confronting Racism, collects a wide variety of items needed by many in our community and distributes them through the Allied Wellness Center.

Between Pesach and Shavuot, Beth Israel members can act on their commitment to ways of Torah by contributing some of these items, most needed by those Nehemiah serves.

Drop off your items in the covered bin outside the parking-lot door any time. If you feel reluctant to leave quarters, bus passes or fuel cards in an outdoor receptacle, please email socialjustice@bethisraelcenter.org and we’ll work out a way to collect such a donation from you.
